Transport Bus Facility

  • Students must wear the ID card on boarding the bus and till the completion of the return journey.

  • Students should not touch the instrument panel, first aid box or the fire extinguisher in buses.

  • The bus aisle must be left clear and school bags and other belongings must be placed properly.

  • Students must keep all parts of their body inside the bus at all times.

  • No item/object should be thrown inside or outside the bus during the journey.

  • Unruly behavior like shrieking and shouting is strictly prohibited.

  • VAN Fees will be considered as full month fees if student travelled minimum 15 days in school bus

  • Any misbehavior on part of a student with the bus driver, assistant, bus teacher or another student will be viewed as a grave misdemeanor and lead to suspension from school / bus.

  • Parents are not allowed to enter the school bus under any circumstances nor is it expected that they should get into an argument with the bus teacher/ driver/conductor. Transport facility of the child may be suspended or even cancelled for any such confrontation reported.

  • The driver’s attention must not be distracted for any reason.

  • Bus stops are finalized at the beginning of a session. However, the school reserves the right to create, cancel or relocate a particular bus stop at any time during the session as expedient.

  • Students cannot stop using the bus services without informing the school authorities much in advance.

  • In case of withdrawal of a child from the bus during the course of the session, one month's notice is required in writing. No bus withdrawal will be allowed in the fourth Quarter of the session.

Private / Self –Transport

  • The school does not allow its students to drive a two / four wheeler vehicle to and from school even if a student possesses a driving license. No such vehicle can be parked inside / outside school premises. If such vehicle is found parked outside the school premises, the school will take strict action against it.

  • Parents must ensure that drivers of private vehicle operators who ferry their children to school, possess the required character and antecedent verification report from the police authorities and parent must have driver’s copy of license, Aadhar Card and Police Verification Certificate. School can ask the parent for these documents anytime if needed. If parent fails to submit the document, then that private van will not be allowed.
