ADMISSION RULES

​

  • It is only after the due formalities of admission are over, children will be permitted to attend the school.

  • Every child for an admission must be introduced by the parents or guardian who will be responsible to the Head Mistress of the school for the good conduct of the child.

  • Application for admission should be made in the prescribed form available at the office. The application should be filled in and signed by the parent or guardian and given to the office with the amount of fees prescribed.

  • The date of birth of the child once entered in the school record cannot be altered. Birth certificate is necessary for the same to the concerned authorities.

FEE REGULATIONS

  • First half yearly fees are to be paid in advance by the 15th June and 2nd half yearly fees by the end of the 15th November. Every pupil shall be liable to pay the entire tuition fees for each term during any part of which his/her name is on the roll.

  • No Pupil will be allowed to appear for terminal or final examination; unless all fees are paid up to date and all school due are cleared.

  • If a student fails to pay any installments of the fees by last date he/she is liable to pay, then a fine of Rs.100/-.

  • If parents send the fees through bearers, it will be at their own risk. The school will not accept responsibility for any loss unless the amount has been actually received in the school office and duly receipted for.

  • Under no circumstances will fees once paid be refunded in the part or whole.

  • Fees are payable for all the ten months of the year. There shall be no exemption from payment of school fees or school van fees for absence with or without permission for whatever period.

TO PARENTS AND GUARDIANS

  • The success of the school depends to a large extent upon the fullest co-operation between the teachers and the parents.

  • Parents and guardians are requested to read through prospectus carefully and Co-operate with the school in the observation of all the regulation in the book and any special regulations announced by the authorities from time-to-time.

  • Parents touch with the Head Mistress regarding the progress, attendance and conduct of their children for value oriented education.

  • Parents are requested not to enter any classrooms to see their children without the permission of the Head Mistress of the school.

  • No student is allowed to leave the school premises without prior permission from the Head Master
