·Students must reach school latest by 9.40 AM. and go straight to class. Disciplinary action will be taken against students for regular late arrival and latecomers will not be allowed to go to the classrooms. The School Counselor may call the parents to take their wards back home.

Students are expected to carry books and notebooks in strict accordance with the time table and refrain from bringing unnecessary material to school.

Students are expected to maintain order and discipline at all times during school hours and should not touch other students’ belongings. The school adopts a ‘No Touch’ policy in the interest of students’ security.

All uniform items, books and stationery should have the name and class of the child. The school is not responsible for loss of the same.

Students are not allowed to bring birthday chock lets in the School premises.

As per the State Education Board guidelines any form of bullying, use of foul language, etc. are punishable offences, whether in or out of school. Bullying can be direct (e.g. through physical intimidation or attack, verbal abuse, damaging property), or indirect (e.g. spreading malicious rumors). Cyber bullying (sending unpleasant SMS messages, photographs, WhatsApp messages, emails or use of social media) against a fellow student or any member of the staffi’s strictly prohibited. Students found indulging in the same will be expelled.

Students are prohibited from bringing any publication, reference books, CDs or other storage devices not relevant to academic pursuits. Violation may result in levying of heavy fine or rustication.

It is expected from all students that they will maintain cordial relations with each other as well as the teaching / non-teaching/housekeeping/transport/ security staff of the school.

Students are not expected to get into arguments or misbehave with their peers/staff.

The School is a tobacco free and no smoking zone. Any student caught smoking or in possession of cigarette, hukkah, Drugs, Gutaka, etc. in the school premises will be immediately rusticated.
School Uniform & ID Card

The school uniform, including ID card, is compulsory during school hours. Students must wear their uniform with pride and ensure that they look neat, tidy and presentable at all times.

Children must be in school uniform for even for special classes and PTMs.

Students are required to attend all school functions/activities, in or outside the school only in school uniform.

Ornaments of any kind are strictly not allowed including bracelets, nose pins, rings on fingers, elaborate earrings/ear studs of precious metal/ jewels even for religious reasons and henna on the hands. The only exception for girls is a pair of small ear studs. Violation of this rule will result in confiscation and/or suspension.

Students are forbidden from bringing any expensive cosmetics, perfumes, etc. to school.

Coloring or bleaching of hair is not permitted and long hair must be plaited.

Students must wear their identity cards during school hours and while travelling to and from school.

For new admissions, the ID-card form is filled up along with the admission formalities.

In case an identity card is lost or parents wish to change the information on the card (for instance if there is a change of address), a spare form is available in the diary. This can be filled up and submitted to Accounts Office for a duplicate card.

Besides the student’s ID card, parents will also be issued ID cards which will be required for entry into the school.

Student must come in the school uniform on all working days of the school. Wearing of school uniform gives the wearer decorum, equality with others feeling of oneness etc.

No excuses for not wearing the uniform will be acceptable. Those who are not in the uniform will be charged a fine of Rs.10 per day. It is recommended that each student possess at least two sets of uniform for regular school wear.
